Coffee

The world’s largest coffee origin and a cornerstone of our sourcing. Brazil is known for its scale and consistency, producing natural and pulped natural arabicas with smooth, nutty, and chocolatey notes. Reliable harvests and broad flavour profiles make Brazil essential for balanced blends and volume supply.

Uganda’s strength lies in its robusta heritage, delivering full-bodied coffees with depth and intensity. In recent years, high-altitude arabica from the country’s western and eastern regions has added bright acidity and complexity to its profile, making Uganda a versatile and increasingly recognised origin.

A global standard for quality. Colombia’s diverse microclimates yield washed arabicas with clean, well-balanced cups — often showing caramel sweetness, citrus acidity, and floral aromatics. Multiple harvests throughout the year ensure steady availability and consistent quality.

Tanzanian coffee, grown on the slopes of Kilimanjaro and around Lake Victoria, is prized for its wine-like acidity, medium body, and fruity, berry-forward notes. The country’s peaberries are particularly distinctive, offering concentrated flavour and a lively cup profile.

The powerhouse of robusta production. Vietnam’s beans are valued for their intensity, crema, and reliability, making them a foundation for espresso blends and soluble coffee. Increasing arabica output from the Central Highlands is also adding new dimensions to Vietnam’s coffee profile.

The birthplace of coffee and home to countless heirloom varieties. Ethiopian beans are uniquely diverse — from delicate, tea-like florals to rich, fruit-driven cups bursting with berry notes. Seasonal harvests bring character and complexity that remain unmatched in the global coffee world.
